Unit Manager

Role Summary/ Purpose

To generate leads and build relationships with Praxis Group's Client; To sell real estate projects to the clients.

  • Manage client query on phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
  • To ensure that the team achieves the agreed targets
  • To gather in-depth information about projects being sold
  • To develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • o ensure a sense of urgency in the team with respect to customers
Desired Skills
  • Graduate/ Masters with 8 to 12 years of experience in B2C Sales/Direct Sales/Advisory Sales.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent Team Handing and leadership skills
  • Strong financial aptitudes
